About

About Us.

Senior digital partners, shaped over time.

Hi, I am Joel – I started as a designer over a decade ago, moved into management and strategy, and evolved JC Web around the kind of structure I realised the market needed – senior, end to end, systemic.

Founded in 2015 and based in London, JC Web is a senior digital partner for a diverse clientele across the UK and the EU – helping entrepreneurs and businesses achieve their ambitions, while staying direct, honest, and accountable for the work we do.

HOW WE’RE BUILT

JC Web is built differently.

We operate as a senior network, led by me as Founder & Strategy Lead, alongside Mario (Head of Marketing), supported by a trusted group of long-standing specialists across strategy, design, build, marketing and AI.

The right people for the work in front of us, every time. It’s how we deliver senior thinking at every level without the overhead, layers, or overly rigid structures.

“The businesses we work with tend to be owner-led, serious about getting digital right, and looking for a partner rather than a supplier . They’ve usually outgrown piecemeal work; a website here, an SEO campaign there – and want someone who can hold the bigger picture across strategy, brand, the digital home , and how the business gets found and sold. Most engagements start with a clear need; a new website, a marketing problem, a platform to build – and grow over time into something broader as the business evolves. The work changes. The relationship doesn’t.”

HOW WE WORK

Close to the business, across the whole picture.

Every engagement starts with understanding the business properly — what it’s for, who it’s serving, where it’s trying to get to, and where the digital is and isn’t pulling its weight. That’s the Mapping System. Six pillars, looked at together, so we can see how the parts relate before we touch any of them.

From there, the work depends on what the business needs. Sometimes it’s a focused build with a clear brief. Sometimes it’s an ongoing partnership across all six pillars. Often it starts as one and becomes the other. Mario leads the marketing side, I lead strategy and direction, and the senior team plugs in around whatever the work calls for.

What stays consistent is the posture. We stay close to the business. We talk plainly. We tell clients when something isn’t working and when something is. We don’t pad the work to fill a retainer, and we don’t disappear between briefs. The aim is for the digital to keep moving with the business — compounding, adjusting, opening new ground — rather than getting set up once and slowly falling behind.
